Was worried about my car, it had an oil issue and sensors, and the people at Alaniz were truly a Blessing I am so happy I called them. Very very disappointed. What makes this even worse is that my story unlike others lucky my did not involve engine issues. Or I might be out a car judging by this outcome. So first of had rotor motor break in driver side. Got it "fixed" for what I thought was alot at time 289. Wait there is reason I'm disclosing amount. Had same break in part over a year out. Not only did he and I'm talking about Mr. Alaniz himself totally glance over the fact that it was indeed same part and issue but started conversations like it was my first time there. He quoted me 389 this time

We needed towed to a repair shop after our car was hit. The insurance made the arrangements to use them, they were not our choice. The tow truck driver promptly lit a cigarette as soon as he exited the tow truck. He then proceeded to smoke the whole time he was loading our car, including when he got into our car during loading. He was well aware that we were watching. I'm so glad we had it towed to another shop after that blatant display of disrespect. I called and reported it to the shop. I was told they would talk to him and the boss would call me back. I was never called back. Only use
