Update: AC went out this weekend (luckily the weather was nice). They showed up at 10 this morning and had my AC running in 30 minutes with a simple parts replacement. Thank you again Burke's H&A.
Third time using them. First time was when they replaced my blower on my freezer. They showed up as scheduled and fixed/replaced it quick. The other was an AC issue.
Last night, my family woke up to a freezing house (heater issue). Even thou it is the day after New Years Eve, I called Burke at 8 AM and a tech showed up at my house at 9. Found, replaced, and fixed the issue right away. Thank goodness
