First the assistant Christy Hernandez asked me a lot of papers to fill and documents. I sent all she wanted. This process took 10 days till she finally scheduled an appointment with dr Burrows for after holidays. Yesterday I called for confirmed the appointment and she said that she did not find my chart in their system. So unprofessional and disorganized. I felt so stressed and decided to cancel and look for another doctor. I am not saying nothing about dr Burrows because I have no chance to see her. Her assistant made sure of it.

Really a doctor? Office is unprofessional. Came for my appointment and the office manager was hopped up on the exam table having her blood drawn. I'm sure the controlling office manger that talks down to you doesn't give doctor Burrows her messages and keeps her in the dark as I left a message that my dog's veterinarian is more concerned and caring for her health..
Sadly my tests revealed a low thyroid and I made a telephone appointment to find what steps to take to improve my health.
The call dropped twice, never got a call back from the doctor. When I called back each time went to voice mail
