Never would have thought I’d be writing a review for a dentist, but Valley Smiles deserves it. The office is amazing and SO kid friendly with TVs, good toothpaste flavors, and fun prizes. The staff is really what makes this place awesome though. Their positive and warm energy is infectious and they make the kids feel so comfortable. The hygienist listened to my 4yo when he told her he couldn’t hold his mouth open so long. She slowed down and gave him lots of chances to rest his mouth. They make the experience so pleasant and easy. So happy we found them!

Everything is great here! We first came because of a trauma to my toddlers tooth. They helped calm my nerves about it and took very good care of my son. They are very kid friendly with TVs on the ceiling to distract and a variety of flavors to clean the teeth. Every experience here has been wonderful!

Everytime we have been here, the staff has been warm and welcoming to me and my two kids. My daughter loves going to the dentist -they let them choose something to watch during the visit and offer prizes at the end, which she loves. I love how the hygienists & dentist explain everything to me/the patient before doing it. I have also had to reschedule and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice seamlessly, which is so appreciated.

The entire staff is warm and welcoming from the second you book the appointment to the waves good bye as you leave. They go above and beyond to make sure your little one is comfortable, engaged and that parents are also well informed. I love that they address my kiddo directly and explain what’s happening. Even at 2 it’s great for her to know what to expect.
I cannot say enough positive things but if I had to give a list it would be: easy to book an appointment, never have to wait too long for an opening, they’ll call you if something opens up sooner, prompt and thorough communication/confirmations

Valley Smiles is the BEST pediatric dental office around. My girls both have a lot of anxiety, especially around doctor visits. They’ve also had bad experiences in the past, at other places, that have left them extremely fearful. Dr Aura and all the staff are absolutely amazing with them! They go out of their way to be gentle, kind and encouraging to the kids. There is absolutely no place like it! 💜

My 4 year old had a couple of cavities worked on today and from the second we walked in the door everyone in the office was cheery and nice. They made my son and I feel so comfortable. The doctor was so sweet and kind to my son that he was comfortable in the chair and so efficient that we were done quickly.
I would recommend this office to anyone with a child that needs dental work!

The Best!! State of the Art technology and very sensitive to kids! Great bedside manner. Dr. Aura and her knowledgeable medical team are the nicest people you’ll meet! I know my kids are in the best hands. My daughter loves going to the Dentist!! She watches her favorite show and leaves with a toy! They are taking all the precautions need be with Covid without that uncomfortable feeling!
