My first time being here was a great experience from the lady in front , the assistant, and the dentist was great. Going for deep cleaning on Saturday hopping to have good experience. Thanks for all of your. Dr. Dinika and her team

Dr Shilpa is awesome! She makes you feel very comfortable even during a root canal! And she is explains every step of the process. And what can I say about the staff?! They are Amazing and very helpful! They tend to you quickly and they are a joy every time I visit! Ashley is Fantastic! She explained and broke down my whole payment process and made it so easy. Most won’t say this about going to the dentist but I’m always happy to go back! 😉

I want to say thank you for all your help and always being so kind and helpful! I love the team. The front desk (Terri/Ashley/Vero) is always very friendly and always answering my questions about insurance. Dr Shilpa and Elizabeth (assistant to the doctor) did a great job, they were very helpful to tell me what I need to change in my routine and how to improve. Elizabeth was also very gentle with my teeth which I truly appreciate. Thank you all for being so wonderful❤️ Happy holidays!

Love this Dental Office went in and out for a cleansing. My daughter was excited and happy here. The assistance Elizabeth was great doing her job, the Doctor Shilpa was on point with the matters of my daughters Teeth and the front desk Terry helped with my next appointment real quick all stars for this location :)

Thank you Oswego Dental for being clean, professional, and especially for being good with my son who has special needs. In other offices where he freaked out we were asked not to come back. Oswego Dental has always handled my son well and there has never been an issue. My son is no longer afraid of the dentist. Dr. Shilpa is so gentle and efficient, Vero is a fantastic assistant, and Terri is wonderful at the front desk. Thanks again!

It was my first time coming here and I had an amazing time. Ceci and Vero greeted me nicely and put my name on the new patients board. Emily was very gentle with taking my x-rays and always asked if I was comfortable. Dr. Shilpa was also gentle and explained what I needed to get done clearly. Elizabeth was nice to me when she was flossing my teeth. Would recommend going here!

The staff at Oswego dental are nothing short of fabulous! My kids were new patients, I was impressed with how fresh and open the office environment is. Sarah is a great front desk

This is a really nice dental office! They saw both of my kids the next day and even put their names on the window for new patients which my kids thought was really cool!! I will definitely be bringing them in 6 months . Dr. Shilpa was very nice and her assistants Elizabeth and Emily were so sweet to both of my kiddos ! Thank you Cecy and Vero for getting us in and making sure everything was ready to go when we got to our appointment and for being so kind to my kids !

Definitely never going back. I called them by accident thinking it was my usual dental office for Invisalign. They said they did it also so I made an appointment for Invisalign only. When I got there they sat me down and got me ready for a cleaning. After realizing what was going on I told them no and said that I'm only there for a quote. They quoted me 5k. Long story short I went to my original dentist office the same day and was quoted less than 2k for Invisalign with the same insurance I gave the other place. This place is awful and definitely a thumbs down.

Dr. Shilpa is very gentle, she listens to what I have to say and then she advises me accordingly ! Maggie & Cecy are courteous and very helpful they make your visit a pleasant experience 😊 overall I totally recommend as Oswego Dental. 😌

Go elsewhere, this place sucks! All they care is about the dollars and not their clients. Beware people!!!! Other people warned me, but gave them a chance, and yeah made a wrong choice and waisted my time with them...

Horrible place worst dentist office ever!! Don't waste your time or money for these cons.

Unprofessional, incompetent and should not be allowed to do be in business.

My dad who is close to 90 years old had made some dentures from this place. On his limited income he spent over a $1000. The dentures never fit right. My father went back multiples times complaining the dentures were hurting his mouth. They kept saying it will get better. This dragged on for over a year at which point they said "Sorry the 1 year warranty is over,can't help you".

Absolutely the worst dentist. To be honest I do not know if they have an actual dentist on site. They will schedule visit after visit however never perform any work. I believe they are scamming dental insurance.
