Called Ms. Talbott's office as she is part of the ARAG Legal Insurance Plan, to inquire about creating a trust. The woman who I spoke with over the phone mentioned that ARAG is like "getting a free car with no air conditioning, no power windows and no stereo system" and it would be best to pay for services out of pocket if I wanted a more "comprehensive" set of services.

Genoveva filed all my divorce paperwork on my behalf for a good flat fee (no $5k retainers!). I had found all the legal forms really confusing and just wanted some support with the process. I consulted with her regarding a child custody case. She offered great advice and was able to help me prioritize what I really needed help with given my financial situation. She was professional, prompt and followed through with everything she said she would assist me with.
