Sara is a Board Certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Sara received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, magna cum laude, from Worcester State University in 2008.

I came here after gaining 30lbs in a year. I've hit my goal weight in 2 months!! They are so supportive and encouraging. This place is expensive, because you go weekly ((cough cough)). But if you care about your health and the way you look. And you're actually looking at my review, it's worth the investment.. I'm so happy I made the decision.
