Services
Our service call and diagnosis fee is $109 on most items. This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide. Tax is also added. Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive.
In home appliance service specialists are responsible for the repair of major home appliances in the customer's home. Products repaired include the following home appliances: Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Microwaves, Compactors, Disposers, Refrigerators, and other home appliances. This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers' appliances while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Our fridge was leaking from the inside. This guy came to our house on behalf of whirlpool and tightend our water filter then claimed that he fixed it. Not only did he not fix it, but in the process of him trying to figure out the issue, he pried open the screen on the fridge and broke it. It is still leaking and now our screen is sticking out and is broken. We've called the company several times and they keep telling us that they'll call back with answers but they haven't called back. They are super unprofessional. If someone named Zachary shows up to your house to fix your fridge from this company

Initial service call repaired the door display. The refrigerator had been making ice before the service call, however after the initial repair the ice making was no longer functioning. Installed new ice maker and took the RV camping. Ice maker made ice but would not dispense it through the door. The auger was not working. Was told we needed another new part. Don't understand why this wasn't checked when the ice maker was installed. After three service calls and three new parts it appears the refrigerator/ freezer is working properly.

New Kitchenaid wall ovens would not come on. A-Z repairman came to house- stood in front of them - did not even open the door and said “ I know what it is, I see it all the time “ - needs a new control panel- I’ll order and it will take four weeks. I asked him if he knew all this without even inspecting it why did he come to which he replied “ they sent me here”, Atomic Appliance Repair came the next morning- took the control panel off- found a loose wire- 15 minutes and it was fixed and working fine. Stay away from A-Z!!!

This is literally the worst repair service provider that I've under had to utilize. 3 weeks after my initial call and numerous times of them rescheduling, they finally came to service my refrigerator (they deserve a 1 star just from that experience alone). When John, the technician, arrived, he realized that he left all of the parts and had to… make an hour round trip to go get them. An hour and a half later, he finally arrived back with the parts. Do not use this company. Price compare. Cost of service call and labor fee totaled $145 for a fix that took no more than 2 minutes. Called company to discuss and did not receive response. Called company again, spoke with Joe, request labor fee to be removed, he stated there was nothing they could do as technician already provided discount on labor, the cost should have ben $195 for the two minutes of labor. Technicin slid old door off, slid new door on, in less than two minutes, totaled $255. Will not use them again.

I would never use this company again. The guy they sent didn’t use any equipment to check the fuses or power/voltage on my dryer. He “looked” at them and said they were fine and he knew it was the motherboard that was bad. I asked him how he checked it snd he said again “I looked at it and you’re not getting any power”. So no tests, just him… looking at my dryer and I had to ask him twice to test the fuses! He tested them, with his eyes! I called management and was told he did his job and I wasn’t getting my money back. I explained exactly what happened

I am writing this so that others know that this service is not a customer friendly service. I own a condo in the area and it takes me 45 minutes to get to the condo so that someone is there. The individual on the phone said..."Oh not a problem" WRONG...I never received a phone call even though it was scheduled for early afternoon, so at 4 I called and they said once again, "Oh not a problem" We rescheduled for Wednesday and the customer service man said he would absolutely contact the tech and let him know that it takes me 45 minutes to get there. WRONG...the guy called

I had a problem with my 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator as the in-door water and ice dispenser suddenly stopped working. The A to Z technician came to the house on May 14th, was unable to fix it, and charged me $96.45 for the service call. Turns out he unfortunately misdiagnosed the problem as being high water pressure. I then had a plumber come to the house who checked the water pressure which was fine. The actual service and repair deserve 5 stars.
However, we lost $250 dollars worth of food because they no-showed on us the day they were supposed to repair the refrigerator. They then lied to us and said it was actually scheduled for the next day.

* Demand a paper trail for everything they say. It's 100% our fault for not doing this.
* The technician told us a certain day, then didn't show. I have 3 witnesses to that. Then when we called to ask where he was, they told us they would do their best to get there -- not one person told us it was scheduled for the next day. When

This service company was dispatched due to a service issue with my washer that was covered under a Lowes Extended Warranty. The appointment was set by phone and on the scheduled day, the technician, Joel, called me before heading to my house. I described the problem and some basic troubleshooting that I had done. The problem was well known as bearings, so Joel was able to secure the part from a local supplier before heading to my house. He proceeded to quickly replace the old part and had my washer back up and running in less than 45 minutes from when he arrived. Very impressed with Joel
