This is the second time I have used Rubenstein Law for no fault accidents three years apart and both experiences have been nothing but amazing. From the day they open your case they are very communicative. They will give you a courtesy call every 30 days at most just to see how you’re feeling and how your scheduled appointments are going.

I was hesitant at first trying to get information about a car accident I was involved in since it was my first time. When I called Maria was extremely helpful and explained the entire process. This firm does nothing for you as a client , they don't do du dilegnce they don't even make sure to have proper documents, they lie " disinformation " and when they don't like what you have to say report your comment to keep there lovely 4.5 " real " . This is sad will be contact the bar association amd Yelp directly. Kind of low you take more time to contact Yelp then go do the job you where hired to do . Isn't that what contracts are for ? I don't know much about this firm other than what I see on TV and billboards. I do know they recently hired an attorney, John Eversole. Mr Eversole represented me in a very difficult case and he was outstanding. So if this firm has attorneys that are near the caliber of Mr Eversole they must be an outstanding firm.

I called these people after a nasty fall. The girl who answered the phone has no legal knowledge...asked many questions.. put me on hold for 19 minutes, came back and said i had no case. I called another firm and they asked me to come in to meet with them.
Bottom line...i am getting a substantial settlement.
