Currently, the cable landing station serves as the West Coast home of Interactive Oceans, a research project funded by the National Science Foundation. This cable supports of a complex network of instruments and instrumented moorings that spans the Western Hemisphere.

Amateurish! Salesman told me to ask any electrician to do the wiring. The electricians I called had no idea what he was talking about. Took me days to find an electrician to move the cables. Waste of my time. Then this is what it looked like after installation. The billed me $150 and left it like this. THIS is the new WAVE that bought Coast Com. I keep getting no response about the incomplete job.
ALSO, they only had corded phones. I have 1200 square feet to cover . I don't get to stay in one place and answer a phone. Had to switch to Vonage to get a cordless phone. Ended up paying for and extra

They just can't get it right. Had trouble with the phone service for 6-9 months before they got it right. I will give them the final credit due. Thank you for the troubleshooting that finally got our phone lines fixed. We REALLY needed it fixed. It was NEVER A problem on our end. Never got a cent in reimbursement for the hassle even though Keith said he would handle it. Now they have been fighting with the internet for over a year now. They can never seem to find anything wrong with it but it keeps crashing intermittently. They claim to monitor it somehow which I'm sure they do but it never says
