Being out of state, I am very disappointed in being held captive on hold told I was caller number 1 then moved back to caller number 4 then waiting again and was caller number 5 to caller number 1. Now I'm caller number 3, what is going on? I've been on hold for over 25 minutes. Just in a constant cycle with no one picking up

It Appears that some employees does not understand/know or care about Credit Union policies and procedures’. To tell a 20 plus year member they can accomplish an on-line service, then several days later receive a Credit Union E-Mail indicating you cannot complete that service, and if you did it is now cancelled. Call the reply number and was informed I cannot do that on-line service!

Never use the coin machine at this credit union. On several occasions i have, each time the machine took 3 to 8 dollars out of the total. Making it look like i had less to begin with. On this last occurance i had 34 dollars and some change. The machine read that i had 26 dollars and 16 cents i said something when cashing out. Our teller was very confused and asked a manager to check the machine. The manager came back and tryed explaining how machine is very accurate. Indirectly calling me stupid, saying that i must of counted wrong. The thing is i have a hand counter and count as i put my change
