So I got laser hair removal here last year, I did my under arms and arms but didn't get to finish my arms bc I had medical things going on so going in was near impossible. Anyway fast forward to today and I barely have any hair growing on my arms anymore and they're so smooth, mind you i didn't even finish all of my sessions. I do have some hair growing back again in my under arms but it is way less than before and a touch up session will definitely fix it. Also the discoloration on my underarms significantly subsided. I'm so happy with my results and I can't wait to go

I love Soft Touch! Their prices are reasonable and they do an amazing job! Crystal is my laser technician and she does a great job! They are on top of their appointments so no long waiting and they get you in and out. I've been going for about a year and I've seen really good results. I've done laser a few other places and this is by far the best, pain free and effective!

I was hopeful that this place would be able to provide quality service and great results, but had my doubts especially because of the extremely cheap packages. I was worried it would be a scam but decided to go for it despite my best judgement. Fast forward a few months after completing multiple packages and most if not all hair has grown back, just as dark and just as thick! Very clean facility. Everyone here is friendly especially Pat who usually checks you in. Compared to other places Soft Touch is very affordable. It's a busy place so try to stick with your appointment because re-scheduling is a pain. I've gone in for two sessions now for my upper lip and lower chin and the hair is definitely better. I'm confident that after the 5th session I will have the results I'm looking for. Just a side note if you do the partial face they do place the the laser inside your nostrils, only for a moment that totally through me for a surprise as it just felt

I got a Brazilian and TBH I was skeptical at first just because it's new and I didn't really know what I was getting into but I love this place! It's super nice inside and has a home feeling. Got a Groupon because I was getting tired of having to shave and I would get really bad razor burn. I've done waxing but it's the same price and hurts just as much! The pain is tolerable, if you aren't good with pain there is numbing cream that you can buy that they provide! Everyone is very educated and super friendly! I really liked this place and thought it would work, but it didn't. Not at all. All hair came back. I personally think they are using an old machine. The girls are super nice and they make it easy to love it but they need to update their machine. I went a lot and would expect to have the hair gone. Well like I said none of it is gone it all cane back. And I am dark haired so it's the good kind for laser removal.

Friendly staff, clean facility, organized, and great price compared to other places. It's a little hard to spot the first visit (space is shared with a dental office, so keep an eye out for that) It's hard to reschedule appoints so keep that in mind and be sure if your schedule!

This place is amazing! They make you feel welcome and everyone that works there is so nice. I feel like they really care about there clients. Laser hair removal is 100% better than waxing and shaving! Less pain, less time, amazing results, cheaper than waxing, also helps with ingrown hairs! So glad I gave this place a try.

Looking back on my purchase I can't believe I used a groupon to try something like lasering (which could have potential adverse outcomes of done incorrectly) but I'm glad I did!
I am currently on my fourth session and i have seen over an 80% of reduction in hair growth in my underarms. It is so nice to be able to go out without having to worry about shaving! As with all lasering I know there will be residual hair growth which can be maintained with coming in to get my underarms zapped every couple of months.

I discovered this place through Groupon and have not regretted my choice at all. I've done multiple sessions on my face and lower arms and have seen such a big change already. There is little hair growth, if any at all, and I never have to worry about shaving/waxing/plucking now. I'm beyond thrilled as this is one less thing to worry about for me!

I had my first ever laser hair removal session on my underarms about 3 weeks ago. The procedure was literally less than 5 minutes and only hurt a tiny bit. Perhaps my pain tolerance is higher than some people, but if you want, get the numbing cream to help make the experience a little less painful. After one session, I'm already seeing results.
