Scam artist, scumbag and parts changer. Company will try to get you to replace whole air unit when a real HVAC contractor could fix it in minutes. Before calling Ray's HVAC throw a 1000 dollars in a lit fire pit and call a real company it will be cheaper in the long run

I called Ray's HVAC because the unit in my basement was leaking water. When I called I spoke with Phil, who told me that a service call was $99. This was the 3rd call I had made and all service calls were $100 so I went ahead and booked with them. When the technician came to my home he noticed that my pump wasn't plugged in. I felt like an idiot but at least it was a 2 minute fix! The technician told me that the charge was $150. I let him know that the office told me a service call was $99 and he told me that he was surprised because it should have been $150. I wasn't going to continue hassling
