We recently needed to sell my mom's house and move her to SC. She tried traditional real estate, with no luck. I received the advertisement for Fouss Auction and gave Rob a call. He was available to meet with us at our convenience and the process began. From beginning to end Rob was sensitive to our situation and treated my mother with great respect. He maintained contact with me throughout the process. He sold the house and the contents left behind after the move - much better than trying to have garage sales! He was an absolute godsend!
