I highly recommend Steve and his company. They have respectful open dialogue and listen to your concerns and care deeply for superior results. He is empathetic and confidential with pest situations. I do home and petcare. The ticks are fierce this year. I have several clients that abut woodsy and conservation areas. I was fearful an onslaught of ticks for the pets and myself recently. For the whole week we could walk the yard and sit on the deck without 1 mosquito and not 1 tick incident. Mantis had treated the yard the week before. It was glorious! Steve is a life saver and I would never use another pest control company! He is a true professional that was so patient with all my calls. This was a high stress situation with a flea explosion that we initially tried to handle ourselves. Steve collaborated with me to solve the problem we had which was not cut and dry. He gave us an honest evaluation that while we initially had fleas the end result was having harmless gnats in our basement. He could have easily come in and recommended spraying chemicals and charged us an arm and a leg. Steve is a knowledgeable professional and many, many thanks
