Jim Roth was raised in Atlanta. After receiving his bachelor's degree with honors, he worked for a year in public service. Inspired to serve the interests of the people, he enrolled at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While attending law school, Jim was active in the trial competition team, an organization ranked in the top tier of competitive court programs across the country.
After graduating from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, Ben Clary practiced in real estate in the metro Atlanta area representing lending institutions for two and a half years. While he appreciated the experience, he was largely unfulfilled due to the lack of personal interaction with his clients so he chose to pursue a career representing people in their greatest time of need.
Matt Cochran was born and raised just outside of Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Radford University. After completing his undergraduate studies, Matt relocated to Macon, Georgia to further his education at Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. While in law school, Matt served as a research assistant and also interned with the Bibb County District Attorney's Office.

When I had my accident I was in a horrible place. I had just lost my mother and my sister within 2 weeks of each other when I was hit by two SUVs from behind while I was waiting to make a left turn. I was in shock and lost and scared butThe Roth firm really helped me. Once I got home I didn't know which way to turn I didn't know what to do all I knew was that I needed a doctor and I needed help and they helped me. I obtained Roth Law Firm after an accident I had in Jan. 2021. Initially, I had no idea who my lawyer was and was speaking to different people. I had submitted all of my documentation and was upfront about the other driver not having insurance -IT WAS IN THE POLICE REPORT!!
Later, I was told by their paralegal Wanbui (sp) and their attorney Carla Hines that they would do their due diligence to find insurance and most importantly, I was encouraged by Hines herself TO CONTINUE TREATMENT AS 1. IT WOULD STRENGTHEN MY CASE and 2. IF I DIDN

This is a long one. I was involved in a car accident in April of 2019. I was rear-ended and I and my 3 minor children sustained back and neck injuries. I literally could not rotate my neck, following the incident, and I'm still am dealing with pain stemming from this incident. I googled car accident doctor's, and a medical practice came up. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by someone who said they were with the Roth firm, and they asked if I'd like to talk with them about possibly retaining their services. I went to be treated and The Roth firm was on the scene at the clinic.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.... I really hate to leave bad reviews but I'm honestly appalled at this company! Their Communication is poor... no one calls you back even if you leave a voicemail. I constantly have to keep calling to find out information on my case. when you finally get someone on the phone, they're very dismissive. My case was constantly getting handed off to someone new. I regret choosing this firm to represent me... I wish I would have researched more. I don't recommend them.

If I had to do it all over again, would definitely not choose this firm. Instead of dealing with the attorney, you are assigned to case managers who are not very responsive and are unorganized. Unfortunately, the attorney that was assigned to my case was a former attorney who had previously represented the insurance side. I thought since he knew both sides, this would be beneficial to me. Not the case at all. His approach was lackadaisical and assumptious. In my opinion, more partial to the insurane side. Before my case could be settled, he went back to represent the insurance side. I was in an accident November 2017, I selected to represented by The Roth Firm. What a HUGE MISTAKE that was. I'm still waiting on The Roth Firm! It's now January 2019 and I haven't received a settlement or a call back for my representing attorney TR. I have talked to TR once since my case was passed her way. My first representing attorney was given a different positions, she didn't answer the phone but she would call back, so she's off the hook. I have been disappointed in Roth's Marietta location for about 2 years now. I hired them after an auto accident and it has been a constant struggle to get information since. I was reassigned to a new attorney, Benjamin Clary several months ago and he is so aggressive, condescending, and dismissive that I have asked for a new attorney and considered an entirely different firm. The reception staff is rude and asks for me to repeat information several times with each call. I am very unsatisfied with how my case was handled. It was turned over to so many different care workers that i couldn't keep up with who to contact. I was never notified when offers where made and felt out of the loop the entire time. Ive been through this process once before and I am completed unsatisfied with this law firm. They didn't take my case serious and it showed in the end result. Overall I wish I heard retained my previous law firm Aleem Law and not waste my time with Roth!

There are thousands of law firms in Atlanta but fortunately, I found the right firm to handle my car accident case. I'm surprised to see negative reviews about this firm because my experience was nothing but the best.
I did the research and discovered that Attorney Roth worked for 3 major insurance companies. His experience was definitely a plus because the firm knew how to get through all the red tape insurance companies try and put you through.
I also discovered that this firm is well respected by the judicial system and insurance companies, therefore, the at-fault party was tried

This is the worst law firm ever!! I was represented by Katherine Brown in Atlanta. If you get her..Run Run! She will drag your case months longer than necessary. She will constantly lie to you. She will never call you and check on you. You will have to call her and remind her to follow up with the adjuster. She poorly handled my case and was not professional at all. She lied to me about my case for 8-9 months. She lied about my case progress for 8 months. I found out later that she never filed my case!! This is the worst law firm ever!! Please, Please unless you got a lot of time on your hands
