It all started in 1966, when Kenny Kopf secured a job as a cross country truck driver. After fourteen years of hard work, a love for the industry and the hope of a better life for his family, he set out to change his destiny. In 1980, with the purchase of one truck, he founded what has now become Kopf Logistics Group.

Booked a load Friday Sioux Falls to midland. Andrew told me he couldn’t get a hold of the shipper because it was “too late” (3pm) and that the load was mine I would just have to wait until Monday. Monday 10am comes still nothing from him. I ask him where my confirmation papers are and he replies oh still waiting on confirmation from the shipper and said where you going to be at empty tomorrow (Tuesday) I’m like I’m empty now, he then says oh I don’t know why I thought you wanted to load Tuesday. Then says oh I’ll call you back with the load confirmation. Never heard back from him

I would like to edit my review due to the fact that Jeanie reached out to me and tried to remediate the issue , I agree with her that the whole company doesn’t deserve a bad review just because one of the agents was not careful when handling a particular situation, she was very concerned and really seems to care about careers and broker relationship and she was very professional when it comes to solve the issue that made me feel uncomfortable.
I had to give 1 star because unfortunately there is no lower option to rate this company.

Its very cheep and very bad company we taking them to court after we dead head 120 miles to pick up there 45000 pound load the owner will not load the truck or pay truck order not used, unless driver has power of attorney on hand (he is making his own low) they send fake load confirmation ,that they can take back good thing we saved a copy, stay away guys,
it was our own truck and trl ,they coming up with lies because they found another truck for $100 less ,most of the positive posting are from there own people.

Booked a load from Berkeley IL to Columbia MO, 8-5 fcfs, delivery 12pm next day per verbal agreement and rate confirmation with JONH CHARBONEAU. Turns out he knew its night receiver and they start at 5pm. Driver end up losing the day.
John never answer the phone after we booked the load, he would only reply on emails. On my question why he is not answering my calls, he just reply " There is nothing to talk about"

I recently posted a negative review about Kopf due to one of their contractors letting our company down for reasons no longer necessary to air. The point here is that I received a call from the Kopf home office very shortly after posting the review and I spoke to several members of the Kopf management team including the Kopf family members themselves.
They took responsibility for the shortcomings of their contractor and revealed themselves to be a solid business with strong standards of serving their clients at the highest level. I hope to do business with them in the future, but because they

We have been working with Kopf and the Search2Transport team for quite some time now. They are a great asset to our organization. They do a phenomenal job helping cover our overflow freight.
