I will start with this-this dealership had the best price in the nation for my brand new Polaris Sportsman XP 1000. I drove from Michigan to Alabama to buy my quad and still saved money. Wendy and her staff were second to none. They were polite, professional and punctual. I was at the door at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning and on the rode back to Michigan with my new quad at 8:00 a.m. Wendy made the out of state purchase a breeze. BEWARE! I have been using & working on 2- and 4-cycle small engines for over half a century as well as preparing fuel mix for them. But that has not stopped these arrogant people from falsely accusing me TWICE of running a STIHL saw with "raw" (without oil) fuel.
STIHL readily admitted that this is a common accusation by their dealers - true or not. I assure you it is NOT true in this case. I mixed the fuel myself using a 1 gallon fuel can, ethanol-free gasoline, & STIHL 2.6-ounce "HP ULTRA" 2-cycle engine oil (purchased from this dealer), & did so only twice, as the power head has failed twice

Shannon and his staff are above excellent. Always bending over backwards to help and repair the problem, what ever it is. When I purchased my 2013 Polaris Ranger, I was full of questions. Shannon was able to expertly answer each question and then follow it up with more detail..I will continue to take my Ranger to him for all service, and should I decide to buy a new machine, I will purchase it from Thomasville Honda-Polaris
