Knowledgeable staff, adorable clothes, and great selection. With the limited availability of children's items in the Fargo/Moorhead area, Tootsies has all other competitors beat by far! Even living in Minneapolis, I still cannot find another place as good as Tootsies. So I ALWAYS make sure to stop in and check out their new styles every time I'm in town.
