I had my taxes done over a year ago here. Taxes and staff were pleasant enough but I called this year to see if I could get an electronic copy of my records since I moved. I already had paper records but just had a military move and didn't have access to my scanner so I could turn them into my new accountant. When I requested my emailed copy they were happy to oblige, didn't mention a fee at all! Then a month later I get an invoice for $25. I called to see if it was a mistake and the front desk lady said she would talk to Martin about it and maybe he didn't realize it was only an electronic copy
