We enjoyed our stay 10/1 to 10/5. We fished everyday and caught Sheepshead and Black Drum. Irina and Cal are super nice to work with. We have a TT that is 30 amp and did not have the 50 amp adapter. Cal went out of his way to let us borrow one for our stay. The fulltime residents are super nice and welcoming as well. We will definitely camp here again. 😆

We had an absolutely wonderful visit! The owners are top notch and really let you know how much they appreciate you and wish for you to truly enjoy yourself. The view of the sunrise over the marina was gorgeous and our group enjoyed fishing off the docks and charter boat. The kids enjoyed playing football in the field by the docks too. Plenty of nearby shopping and touristy areas. The site we set up on was plenty spacious and the rest of my group shared the buddy sites which were really nice too. We will definitely be back!

We hosted an Airstream Club Rally recently at Seahaven Marine and RV Park. The park is manicured and clean. One member stated " I found the cleanest porta jon in North Carolina." The dumpster was amazingly clean. No attracting unnecessary flies. It's an indication of the overall effort the hosts put in to their property. Irenea and Cal were gracious hosts and made every effort to ensure our group ( ten rigs) had a pleasant visit. This campground is not for everyone. No bathhouse. No laundry, It is a unique spot and our group is looking forward to a future rally to enjoy the sights, sounds and areas

We loved staying here with our friends and family. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, we loved seeing them out socializing and taking pictures. The fishing was great! The seafood market is also very close by. The campground was peaceful and quite. Loved that it was pet friendly. We stayed in the buddy spots with our friends and my cousin stayed a few spots down from us, not far at all. This campground is about 6 hours from our home , but we plan to stay here a few times a year. It's perfect that they are open year round.

I lived here full time for 2 years. Didn't have a washer or dryer so I had to drive to the laundry mat in Jacksonville but being close to the beach made up for that. Not sure how it is now but I miss living there. Management was super nice and when I hit a hard spot really helped me out the best they could. Would love to visit again.

This is a little space of peace. The water and boats drift by quietly and the folks are just mesmerized by the picturesque cove off the mighty New River. Then when the mighty Marines are sharpening their… skills in their helicopters and magical Ospreys, it’s exciting and makes you proud to observe a grand air show.
A cruise on the river that fights to enter the Atlantic Ocean shows you sea and river life jumping from the water to gives you yet another private show.
A meal fresh from the water, by your fishing gear or the boats from Davis Seafood, ends your day deliciously by a fire

I stayed here for eight days with my 37’ travel trailer. I had to stay at a “buddy” site due to lack of other availability, so we essentially shared our site with a stranger. The specific site I was placed in is a tight squeeze. There are wood pillars marking the sites making pull out a challenge if you have a long trailer. We were charged for a “water front view” site - which was accurate if I were to go to the back of my trailer and turn to look at the water. Nothing about that site was waterfront or water view.

We’ve stayed here three times now in the past 2 months and we’ve never been disappointed. Very clean and quiet campground with beautiful views. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have no problems. We love to fish, so this place is perfect for us since the beaches and piers are just a short drive away. Great place to unwind, relax and spend time with the family. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences here and look forward to returning.

The owners Irina and Cal were very welcoming and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their business. Irina was so sweet and helpful over the phone when I booked and even sweeter in person.
The area is clean and well maintained. The location was great. There’s a marina located within the inlet off of New River. A great area to fish is within walking distance and the view next to the bridge is beautiful!
My husband and son caught lots of fish from the river! It was a lot of fun. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Thank you Irina & Cal!

Very friendly neighbors and the owners are very tentative and accommodating. Plenty of space to bring your dogs and the dog park was really clean and large enough for them to run and play. There is a marina in… walking distance where you can catch crabs and fish and as well as kayak. There also is a fish market in walking distance that catches fresh shrimp and fish daily. I would recommend staying here and plan on coming back.

We are not fishermen but boy did we see some of our fellow campers cleaning loads of gorgeous, freshly caught, HUGE fish. Low-key, secluded spot. Nice helpful folks owners. Easy in-out. Convenient spot to visit lots of small towns along the central coast as well as Topsail beach. Pretty close to a good Publix supermarket and many small commercial fishing boat docks who also sell to the public.
