Services
Ohhh, our boy, Wake. Where can we even start? Brian, my husband, found Wake before we ever even met. He opened his car door one morning and there Wake was, acting like a best friend of many years! Brian named him Wake after finding him that morning, like "waking up to a new friend." Wake's signature move was jumping into stranger's cars it seemed.

Wake Foot is an incredible concept. Mom and I had a super relaxing experience and our massage therapist was wonderful. We did the 45 minute soak plus 20 minute massage and walked out of there feeling totally rejuvenated and relaxed. Mom also loves the products she bought in the shop (Lavender Honey scrub). Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I don’t usually relax enough to feel I could fall asleep anywhere in public. But something about the soft music, lighting, warm neck wrap, body position in the chair and tub of warm water my feet were soaking in made me feel like I could almost have fallen asleep. Then came the massage. Lisa was very meticulous in how she worked each muscle and tendon. It was comfortable and relaxing and my legs felt smooth and better hydrated after the visit. The room for the treatment is not curtained off but everyone was relaxing and it didn’t disturb my feeling comfortable despite being in with others.

Smitten with this place. Saw it online and knew I had a make a birthday appointment for my sister and I.
From the time you walk in until the time you leave it's pure Bliss. You're greeted with slippers, service, and food menu.
We chose different soaks with the add on leg massage and they were both amazing. We had Kelsey and she was the best at what she does. I am on the shorter side and it was a bit hard to hang legs over the soaking tub. Had the chair been a smidge higher that would have felt better but overall super fabulous.
We also ordered the pot of blackberry tea which was delicious.

I recently took my mother to Wake Foot Sanctuary for a morning of relaxation and pampering that was the start of a perfect day together. From the moment we walked in the door to the attentive lovely women who took care of us for the hour we were there, we were greeted and treated with professionalism, warmth, and kindness. This is a special place that focuses on relaxation, self-care, relaxation, and providing each customer with a sensory experience like none other. A pot of hot tea with honey, an herbal foot soak, a shoulder, neck, and foot massage - run don't walk to Wake Foot Sanctuary - your

We came here after a massage to celebrate my fiancé's 35th birthday. The atmosphere, customer service, and soaks were amazing. They even gave him a small birthday gift as we were checking out! 10/10 would recommend and if you can get a foot massage - even better!

I called a few times and no one answered so I left a message and received a call right back- I recommend leaving a message.
Once we arrived for our appointment, I realized why they called me back instead of answering, it is so nice and quiet and they are very cautious about disturbing those having a spa treatment done, which I appreciated!
We had a very relaxing foot bath, the aromatherapy was wonderful! We opted for massages of lower leg + feet & head + neck + shoulders. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! Both of our masseuses were so very kind and made sure we were comfortable with warm neck

I scheduled a foot soak and massage this weekend for our anniversary. We are in Asheville this weekend to celebrate and this was to be our finale before heading back home to Knoxville.

I received a call an hour and a half before our Sunday appointment time from Wake to say that they are short a masseuse and could not accommodate our reservation. They offered to provide tea if we returned on a future date. A tea service??? Doesn't exactly make up for the anniversary cancellation.

Great experience. Very relaxing. You choose your foot soak flavor and beverage. Heated neck wraps are divine. Went with a group of people. Staff very accommodating. Would return again. Our only disappointment was no massages were available.

Treat yo self!

My wife turned me on to this place since I'm not really a spa type of guy but this place rules!

After a long day of walking around Biltmore this place was such a relaxing treat. We've been here before a couple of times and it's so relaxing to just sit back, soak your feet and get a good foot and leg massage. I love being able to pick out what foot soak you want. I'm not sure if there's any real difference to the offerings but I like being able to pick out what scents or oils I prefer. Once you remove your shoes you go back to the sanctuary, enjoy a nice

Was definitely worth it and would love to go back!! With that being said I guess we didn't realize that a foot soak wouldn't include a foot massage, that's extra. We decided because of the price point to just do the foot soak. Still loved the experience.

My mom and I were super excited to indulge in a foot soak and massage last Sunday. I'm
I'm nursing school, work full time(salon/Dr.office), and a full time mom/wife so this relaxation was super important to us, hence why my mom did this as a birthday gift for me. Upon arrival the receptionist was great, Katherine was amazing, however the atmosphere once back was awful & had us wanting to leave almost immediately. Shortly after we were brought back there was another lady that came back. She was super loud and started coughing, which wasn't a big deal until I looked over and she

After failing to book a reservation for me and my wife I scheduled this one weeks in advance. We arrived here Sunday morning the meters were free but the arcade mall was closed. Do not go in unless it's 10:00am or you will get scolded by cleaning staff. Anyways we went inside Wake around 8:45am to get our slippers and to choose what you soak your feet in once the session starts. We were shown to comfortable chairs with our mint tea and ice waters. The water was the perfect temperature and was warmed up several times. I got my hands and forearms massaged, my wife got her feet massaged. Very

Upon entering this beautiful business my excitement for my 1st foot soak grew. Until I saw the unmasked receptionist. When asked if she were vaccinated I got a vague response. If one is vaccinated these days you proudly say so. Her dancing around it gave me my answer. So I felt I had to leave. Didn't feel safe or that they care enough to protect their customers.

Heavenly experience! Be sure to make an appointment to experience the amazing foot soaks. Have some tea as you relax and even get a massage! I had the neck & shoulder massage while my feet soaked. Staff are so sweet and create a welcoming environment. I will definitely be back when I visit the area.

Amazing place! We had the date night package and added truffles, tea and champagne to enjoy. We were brought into a room with soothing music with a warm neck and shoulder sock and warm soaking bowl for our feet. We sipped on champagne and ate our truffles for a bit. Then the massage started on our shoulders, neck and scalp. We then sipped on our tea just before our foot massage began. The entire experience was amazing. Highly recommend

I love the ambiance of this place. I came here for my birthday and the staff was so nice and helpful. I really wanted to do a package deal; however , I booked last minute and they only had the 45 minute foot soak available and it did not disappoint! I went with the clay bath for hydration as suggested to me... and my fiancé chose old #9. Old#9 is the perfect foot soak for Instagram pictures. We both also received a 10 minute head, neck and shoulder massage.

I love how the staff whispers when communicating, it just added to the environment that much more.

I would highly recommend this place

I really need a Wake Foot Sanctuary in Charlotte! This place was absolutely amazing and everything I didn’t know I needed. My husband and I visited while in Asheville celebrating our anniversary. The place stays booked but they were very accommodating and we were able to get a last minute reservation. The staff was very friendly and walked us through every step of the process. They have a nice selection of teas and pastries for you to enjoy during your soak. We took full advantage! The soak itself was very relaxing and they a very good with abiding by social distancing rules. I highly recommend

Since Covid, I've been to Wake Foot Sanctuary located in the Grove Arcade twice. It is a little different now in that you must wear a mask, less people are allowed at once and you get to keep the slippers. But everything else is the same. You still get the relaxing experience.

When you arrive for your foot soak and any other services you booked, you are warmly greeted and provided the slippers to change into. There is a small shop will all kinds of self care items too that you can browse while you wait to be called back.

The chairs in the sanctuary have towels covering the armrests so that

Was looking for a spa type experience and found this sanctuary. Made a reservation for a foot soak & neck, back & head massage. Friendly greeting & service throughout the visit. Wonderful relaxing environment and cooper bowl for foot soak. Massage therapist Laura was great and was fortunate I was the only person receiving service at the time. I was so relaxed I fell asleep for a bit! Stop for for a spa experience you'll enjoy!

I just had one of the most relaxing experiences of my life....A real sanctuary in the midst of all this Covid stress! This IS NOT the run of the mill mani/pedi spa business. You feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. I was pampered by Jenny with a huge copper tub filled with lemon, juniper, cinnamon, clary sage, and peppermint-based (yes....it was amazing as it sounds) followed by a lower leg and foot massage. I can't wait to go back!

My feet are still very soft from the soak and it was hours ago I had my appointment!
Mothers Day, my awesome husband got me an foot soak at Wake. Glad he called ahead because it was very crowded. 8 chairs in the room and all were filled.
Tea is an add on but definitely worth it for a few extra bucks. For the chilled tea there was pomegranate, pear, something and strawberry kiwi. Both teas were mixed with sparkling water so it was so nice having that to sip on.
I brought a book with me, which I read during my soak time. But when the massage started, I had to put it down cause it was so relaxing

Wake Foot Sanctuary is one of my top favorite things to do in Asheville! This was our second visit, and actually my husband's request, since he remembered loving it so much the first time!

You go in and put on slippers, and pick your foot bath of choice. Since we were there a few days before Halloween we chose the seasonal themed one, which was "The Copper Haunt": orange clay and butterfly pea flower powder combined with vetiver and patchouli. We also got to pick a tea while we soaked (I chose Vanilla Chamomile, later learned it was from the brand The Tea Guys, and it was the best

Wake has such a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter the front door. The shop smells crisp and clean, and they have every type of product you could imagine to pamper yourself. It is well curated and truly a joy to wander around.
When it came time for my session, Emma did a lovely job of informing me each step of the session. I chose to have a personal teapot during my soak, which tasted delicious. The iron pot and cup or a nice weight and it was the perfect amount of tea for my session. I regret not doing a truffle and a small pastry bite with it!
I chose the lavender chamomile soak
