Senga Engineering
Senga Engineering's strong desire to make complex, quality parts has been implemented by utilizing sophisticated CMM Inspections, on the shop floor, at critical machine centers. What this means, we inspect the parts immediately, right off the machine. The benefit is quicker results for more consistent and more accurate machining.

There is no disconnect between the operator and Quality. During Final Inspection, 6-sigma data is compiled, and final validation is performed prior to shipment. This means we can deliver high volume runs with detailed traceability. Manufacturing team will organize and procure the necessary materials and create a project plan.
Services
We are a production shop that specializes in volume machining. We prototype machine on a limited basis if there is a pathway to production volume. Senga Engineering, founded in 1979, is a privately held veteran owned company located in Santa Ana, California. Senga Engineering is a high-quality provider of precision-machined components to a broad range of companies and industries.
At Senga, we separate our machining into two departments: Milling and Turning. Each side has a workflow, from programming to shipping that can be independent or connected given the nature of our client's parts. Not all parts are single operation parts, but a blend of turned and milled ops. Senga Engineering utilizes cutting-edge CNC technology enabling us to work in a wide range of materials from various plastics to titanium.
Senga's CNC Turning Department is comprised of 24 Okuma lathes capable of turning diameters between.25 inches and 12.0 inches. Our primary spindles are equipped with automatic bar feeders with bar capacity ranging from 3/8" to 3" diameter. Senga continuously invests in the latest technology in an effort to improve Quality, Cost, and Throughput.
With as many as 21 CNC Milling machines and more, from 3- axis to 5-axis. The CNC Milling in Senga engineering is matchless because when you want a part our engineers will decide what axis machine it should be made. Resulting in the greatest quality per piece and effective in making as many as possible for your need while keeping the cost as low as possible per piece.
In an effort to reduce setup and inspection time and ensure the highest possible level of machining accuracy, Senga brought in a 24-pallet Mori Seiki Linear Pallet Pool (LPP) system. The LPP is connected to two of the shop's NH4000 machines, each of which is equipped with a 240-station tool changer.
