What can I say? We have relied on Jody and Christine to manage our Blackhawk property for several years. He is a true expert and we didn't have to worry about a thing. He takes care of everything and is extremely communicative with any issue that arose for the property. His deep pocket full of skilled contractors and handy people is key in this environment where it's hard to find good people, let alone having thing show up. Working with Stowers Property Managers was the best decision we made to manage our rental when we moved out of state. Jody was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any of our needs as well as the needs of our tenants. As a management company, Stowers gets it done. No complaints. We had a huge accident at our rental property that caused a lot of damage. Somehow these guys had a crew show up a day or two later and the whole front yard looked brand new. Lots of shady companies out there, however you have nothing to worry about with Jody and his team.

We have used Jody at Stowers Real Estate for our rental do to a two year job assignment overseas. Jody and his team are tops, in my book. Every tenant issue and repairs were all handle in a professional and timely manner. He also went the extra mile to handle a $27k pool resurfacing while we were overseas. His web site portal was easy to use for communication and downloading rental tax documents was a snap.
