Momentum Physical Therapy & Wellness summarizes this list in a neat package by stating we treat clients who are in pain. We often tell clients the good news is that movement will reduce and eliminate your pain. And while we know that most movements hurt right now, we are experts at choosing the right exercises to return clients to pain-free movement.
Beth decided to open her own clinic when she started helping patients avoid many types of surgery. Momentum's practice philosophy is to provide all clients with personal care and attention. The combination of being well trained in pain-relieving exercise systems and a doctorate in physical therapy provides outstanding results.
Patient specific exercise is a phrase we use often at Momentum Physical Therapy & Wellness. What does it really mean? We do not use handouts prepared in advance before we even meet you and discover what you need. A handout is a pre-printed list of commonly used exercises for a certain condition that generally only provide temporary relief.
Your physical therapy at Momentum will be specifically related to your condition. A thorough evaluation will be performed with answers provided on your first visit. Each subsequent visit, you will receive new exercises or an advanced version of the current exercises you are performing. Exercises are the tools that repair and restore movement and strength.

Beth is clearly the "best of the best" out of the 6-7 physical therapists I've seen over the last 20 years.
Most importantly, she is competent, focused, caring, "updated, and in my case, made a real difference in my ailment.
Moreover, she give the patient her sole attention, meets her appointments, and has "reviewed the patient's charts" beforehand.
Highly recommended

This is the physical therapist, who seriously saved my back! I was hurt so badly that I couldn't get out of bed for 9 days. I went to therapy for 4 months and have been pain free ever since, even as I've started to reincorporate more strenuous exercise. I have been to other physical therapists, and Momentum blows them out of the water. Beth is so research-focused, and she customizes every exercise to the individual patient's muscle activity in their problem area. I can't say enough good things about her! If you're in any kind of pain, go see her!

This is a small but very effective and efficient operation. Beth is very thorough and knowledgeable regarding the human body- she was able to pinpoint the discomfort in my right foot as a back issue and then proceeded to fix it. Emily is the office manager and very pleasant and “buttoned up,” both of them a pleasure to work with.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful experience! Beth is incredibly knowledgeable & truly gives you the 1:1 attention needed in order to customize a program that works for you. I have been to several PT's in the past & even worked for an Outpatient PT center and Beth is without question one of the best. I can finally say that I have relief with my back for the first time in over 20 yrs! In addition, rounding out the team is Emily in reception who is always a breath of fresh air with her friendly disposition & professionalism. Emily works her best to provide a variety of scheduling options to meet your needs & follows up

Great experience! I went to Momentum Physical Therapy for disc-related back pain. After a couple of months, I'm back to doing the exercise I love, with a knowledge of how to remain pain-free. They are very flexible with scheduling and payment plans. I would definitely recommend anyone needing PT to visit Beth and Emily at MPT.
