Hi, I'm Victoria Graf, owner of Urbane Design Studio, serving the Northern Illinois Stateline since 2010. I am a knowledgeable, empathetic, and problem-solving interior designer. I believe that our environments affect our mood, mental health, and well-being and everyone should have a space where they can function safely and comfortably without sacrificing aesthetics.
My main focus is planning spaces that are beautiful, functional, safe, and adaptable for multiple generations. I provide floor plans, elevations, and renderings, as appropriate, to you and your contractors of choice. I sell window treatments, furniture, art, and accessories but clients don't have to purchase product through me to benefit from a well-designed space.

We asked her to come out and help us get started on our master bathroom/closet. She spent two hours discussing the project with us and was pleasant throughout. However, she ghosted us after that. She said she'd have the plans ready by the next week and that was almost a month ago. There hasn't been follow up on her part at all. We gave up on her and went with someone else. It was a waste of our time and now the other designer can't see us for three weeks. It's completely unprofessional and shows no respect for our time.

Using Urbane Design Studio was a great experience. My appointment was easy to book with the online calendar. Vicky was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave different ideas and took my thoughts and ideas into consideration. Vicky also gave me information to take into consideration when planning my interior design that I hadn't previously thought of. It was an A+ experience. I highly recommend Urbane Design Service and will use Vicky again in the future.
