US Sealing and Coatings specializes in Cleaning & Sealing of Pavers, Anti Skid Coatings, Anti Skid, Anti Slip, Non Slip applications, and Paver Dyeing for over 10 years. We offer nationwide consultation & applications for both commercial and residential applications. We will discuss your current surfaces and recommend potential solutions that can not only preserve new surfaces, but prolong and protect surfaces from fading, and staining.
US Sealings & Coatings wants to connect with our surrounding cities and neighborhoods to keep'em clean! Once per month, we'll choose one family home that needs deck restoration. We'll also provide a 360 home exterior inspection to check for mold, dirt, grime and harmful elements that may be eating away at your precious investment.
Before any new sealer can be applied, the paver surface must be thoroughly cleaned. In most cases, the use of a high temperature steam surface cleaner will be used. In some instances, a chemical cleaning agent may be applied to lift stubborn stains. We use top of the line, powerful, flat surface machines specifically designed for pavers and natural stone.
We certainly utilize these on very hard surfaces such as newer concrete, pavers, brick and stone, but very carefully, and ONLY after first treating that surface with our soft washing formulations.
The reason for this pre-treatment is two-fold: first, it greatly enhances the effectiveness of the cleaning itself by breaking down all the staining, gunch and crud that has accumulated in most cases for years, and secondly, it kills 100% of all the organics and bacteria that caused the streaking and staining, while very effectively buffering against any new infestations/staining that would occur if ONLY pressure washing were used.

Quick, thorough and fabulous!!! considerate and personable, efficient and effective, fair priced....Fantastic! Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), the guys were very professional and worked extremely well together! It was suggested that the next time, we have a special solution used to restore the vibrancy of the siding. We will always use U.S. Sealing and Coatings Pressure Washing!

Sealant jobs – consumer please beware and hire another company. They use a product that is NOT available to the general public and other concrete sealer companies (licensed and insured) in the area do not offer it. We paid a $950+ deposit (other companies in this business do not require deposits) and the only things that Brian did was power wash the pavers and disappear.

We had Brian come give us an estimate to seal the stamped concrete around our fire pit. What I liked about Brian is that he had great communication skills and fantastic customer service, he kept in contact.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had ever had in a home service. They were super responsive, very knowledgeable and were quick and very professional. They even talked to our three dogs through the windows when they were working. Very reasonable pricing and a great value for the money.
