Hi my name is Robert Harris. After years of working for a leading national franchise I started Classic Carpet Care to be a carpet upholstery and tile cleaning company. Over the years I was lucky enough to pick up several commercial accounts for property management firms and apartment complexes. Many property managers began asking me to do repair work.
My name is Robert Harris and I am the proud owner and operator of Classic Carpet Care here in Modesto. We serve the Stanislaus County Area. I have been professional Cleaner since 1996. I started out as a janitor while I attended junior college for my associates degree in Business. I also worked as a Apartment Maintenance man and went to work for a National Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Franchise (the expensive one).
My landlord needed the carpets cleaned before we could get our security deposit back. I just by chance called Classic carpet care and spoke to Rob, I had never called a professional carpet cleaner/ repair company before. I am so glad that I picked them! Rob followed up to confirm my appointment and remind me of it the day before he came out.

On time, professional, friendly, quick, knowledgeable about his work with great tips! Finished my living room and one bedroom in about 30’minutes.
My carpet came out great and all odor was removed.
If you are a parent you know how it goes when you are potty training especially with carpet! Let me tell you the smell is gone and the carpet looks clean!

I have been looking for this guy (Rob) for almost 3 years. Three years ago he did an amazing job! So far he is the only one to truly get pet odor out of my carpet and get them clean. Sadly I lost his number and couldn't remember his company so I tried some other services. Either I really don’t get out much anymore or Rob has some of the best customer service I’ve ever been dealt! He is upbeat, kind, professional and straight to the point with great prices that match his work. Can everyone I have to deal with just be like this guy?
I needed couches and an area rug cleaned after not dog proofing my furniture(lesson learned). Rob got me scheduled quickly. When he came out to my home today he was straightforward about expectations and discussed couch covers with me. Also my doggos loved him which is a plus :)

I used this service for the first time after using a larger company for many years. He quoted me a price and then showed up the day of for service. The work was good, but then charged my card 50% more than quoted me over the phone. The work was good, but the price was extensively more than his direct competitors. Contacted him but he stated that was his price. Suggestion: get it in writing before this company does the work.

If your looking for a reliable, last minute, on time, very nice people to clean your carpets Then this is the Carpet Company to go with! I’ve been with classic carpet as an client for the last 2-3 years and never had a problem with their work! The quality and service is Outstanding! Consulted Robert to clean old carpets. Very thorough review, no hard sell, just the facts on carpet condition and cleaning possibilities. Gave more information and did free mold test compared to all other vendors who wanted quick deal. Competive quote. Turned up exactly on time; proceeded to do a really thorough job. Knows his job v well and runs a dedicated business; highly focused on customer satisfaction. Recomend this carpeting cleaning service unreservedly.

I just contracted Rob and his crew out to do a smoke and nicotine remediation of a rental we had just had a smoker move out of after living there for 9 years. Let me tell you, it was awful. For a very reasonable price these guys did amazing work in this unit removing the stench and gross nicotine from walls, cabinets and air ducts of this apartment. I am highly impressed! Great work Rob!

Robert at Harris Steam Cleaning did a wonderful job on my carpets and sofas! I have two very active teenage boys and a dog that refuses to stay clean, needless to say the job was not going to be an easy one; or so I thought. I have actually called around and set up appointments with two other carpet cleaning companies that ended up not having time and rescheduled on several occasions or were just too pricey. Robert at Harris steam cleaning is very good at what he does and pays very close to detail when cleaning my carpets and sofas prices are good to since he has a lot of other guys here in modesto working for cheap and not caring for the work they do. and believe me ive used a lot of other cleaners but ill be using harris steam cleaning from now on.
