Better-Meant Coaching
Coaching needs to be, first and foremost, SAFE. While all of our sessions are conducted online or by phone, we still want to make sure that when you're in session, you are safe. That means that you are in a place where you can speak openly, where you are free from violence and noise, and where you feel understood and listened to.

When at all possible, we want you to be in a room alone where you can be physically relaxed and comfortable and completely focused on you. Compassion is so germane to everything we do, and coaching cannot work without it. Compassion for others, and compassion for self, are central to how we work. Any progress made in the coaching environment is predicated on caring and compassionate consideration of ourselves and others.
Services
I absolutely believe in each of our power to live a happy and fulfilled life. But that can be an elusive goal. I have spent years honing my skills as a compassionate, yet straight-talking coach, enabling clients to overcome anxiety and stress - and maybe more importantly - to create lives that they love so that they can lay a foundation for long lasting health and happiness.
There are some great reasons to consider having a coach. In our coaching sessions, we focus on what you want most in your life. We find out where you want to go, and if there is anything stopping you. Are those stops in your life helpful, or harmful? Are you ready to let them go? What might the consequences of doing so be?
It is always a good time to invest in yourself, your work, and your relationships. And now is the perfect time to take a moment of stillness and kindness designed specifically for YOU. We generally conduct our sessions via Zoom video conferencing. The interface is free, and allows access to sessions from almost any electronic device.
