Did you ever have such a good experience with a company that you wish they sold other things so you could use them for that as well? When I needed a new pump for my irrigation system I searched for what I needed and found it at Southern Water Services for a great price. It was almost half of other websites and I wondered if I would regret trying to save a buck. But I like to support family businesses instead of chains so I gave it a shot. Throughout the whole process Chloe kept me apprised of my order. I had it within about two weeks and it’s just what I needed. Maybe someday they will sell iPhone

This is a scam company they make you pay for item and then after 2 days they cancel it your item to charge you a transaction fee of 10% they say is company policy,this is completely a came system this company is making with all.I have reported them and I will keep reporting them till

In late July 2020 I called Southern Water Service (SWS) to inquire about a pressure switch I needed for a sump pump. I talked to a salesman and informed him of my needs. The salesman put me on hold to look up the part and when he came back he told me the part number. The salesman then sent me a conformation email showing the part number he recommended which I order from SWS online. When the part was delivered I discovered it was totally incorrect. I contacted the same salesman who advised that he was not responsible for the mistake. I was then put in-touch with the owner of the company who basically

DO NOT BUY from Southern Water Service unless you don't mind paying $300 for next day shipping and receive the product several days later then the promised date and then experience very unsatisfactory customer service AND NO REFUND OR RESOLUTION whatsoever for the failed service. This company doesn't have good intentions for it's customers and won't do anything post-sale for it's customer.
