I love this place. When I ask for the 'not usual' flowers I get the most amazing flowers. I have beautiful house plants that I purchased here and many years later they are fabulous. I love the people, they are local where they live and where they work. It is a family business and they treat their people like family. My sons' had the corsages for their events all done here too. It is a local gem. Delivery used to be a problem but it is sorted out now...

I ordered flowers for a friend and they arrived dead. They were supposed to replace them and never did. They have repeatedly called her saying they were going to replace and have not. This has been going on for two weeks now. I called the florist this morning to resolve the issue and they hung up on me. When I called back they put me on hold and never picked back up! HORRIBLE FLORIST WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My boyfriend ordered flowers from here and when they arrived at my job the roses were broken off, some flowers were dead and the water looked dark as if the flowers had been sitting there for a while. They looked awful. They also had a weird smell. It is upsetting that you would send an arrangement like this. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise but instead it was anything but pleasant. I told my boyfriend he should ask for his money back!

Future Brides , stay away!If I could get this place zero stars, for wedding related things I would. I came across them because the venue that I am using recommended them, and it was the biggest mistake. For starters the day I went to make my order, it was not professional. The lady that took my order rushed me in a sense, did not look at one inspiration picture of mine, and even told me I didn't need certain things that I asked for. That was on December 3, fast forward to January when they were supposed to make an example of the arrangement they would make for my wedding, they canceled on

I was sent flowers, and they were delivered from Sutton's. This is the first florist I've seen that doesn't put their name proudly on their flowers. But considering what I got, I can see why. I went to go out, and they had been left on my step, with temperatures in the teens. The bottom of the vase was frozen, and the flowers were just destroyed. It's inexcusable to just dump live flowers and go, knowing they will be ruined in minutes.

Would not recommend to anyone! They don’t even deserve one star. I placed my order online (from their website) and they took $2 extra from my credit card.
They have no customer service. My order was delivered late. When I finally received the order, two items were missing from it. I called them to make a complaint in the most humble way possible, and the person I spoke with, hung up on me twice. They were very rude. I’m still awaiting my refund for those missing items! I ordered flowers for delivery Sunday and requested a bouquet of "pastel pinks, peaches and orange". The bouquet was delivered to a restaurant nearby and there was some confusion on the restaurants end. I called the florist to ensure delivery (no answer or call back) and then walked over to ask about the delivery. I was approached by a man that was less than friendly who insisted he delivered "sunflowers and hydrangeas" (he did).
