I having stay in my apartment for 2yrs. This past 6mos I asked the leasing office not let them in. I hired my own and I didn't see one bug after he did his thing. Recently the office let them do pest control and now I start seeing bugs. I guess that how they stay in business. They leave bait so all kinds of bugs and come in. Nope. I am call the ppl who helped me last time.

We had a rat infestation in our back yard! Green forest Johnny and John came out and put out bait traps all around our back yard. Within two weeks we started seeing a difference in the rat population! We have also used them for ants in our home and they also sprayed our yard. We have nothing but good things to say about them. They go above and beyond for their customers they called ahead and let know they was on their way and on time...I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

My apartment complex uses this pest control and I'm not sure why. They have not resolved any issues I've had. They came to treat a mice problem and left $1 carton glue traps. That is not going to catch a mouse, it's just catching dust. I had to get my own trap and I already caught 3 mice. I'm not sure why they thought the useless glue trap they put would work.
The way they handled this situation was lazy.
Highly do not recommend.

I wish I could give them Zero star. they came to my apartment yesterday for pest control, They made appointment on 10/23/19 and they told us to bagged everything and leave in kitchen and Bathroom, and I was at home till noon just in case if they show up, unfortunately they came after lunch and I was not there, so they got key from office and they went to apartment and after we Got Home we saw that my 6 years old Daughter jar`s collection Money was Missing.-: which was in Kitchen Area:-My daughter collected money for more than 3 years and was waiting to take this jar to Walmart FOR EXCHANGE." But
