I purchased a new truck and the back glass was damaged...didn't notice this until a few days later. So I contacted the dealer and they agreed to replace under warranty. They used KY Auto Glass for this service.
I setup an appointment easily enough and arrived on time. I was hesitant because the truck was brand new (300 miles) but was assured everything would be fine. It was rather cool out (40 degrees) and I knew I'd probably have to wait longer for the glass adhesive to dry, but I didn't mind

Called for price on glass table top.
They called me back in about 5 minutes with quote, very fast and professional folks to deal with I appreciated that. The price was very expensive. I was told it was because of the thickness of glass, 1/2 inch. Anyway I went with another company.
I gave 5 stars because of how they treated me as a potential consumer and the prompt response as a phone inquiry.

Very professional , Donnie came out and fixed a neighbors windshield due to damage from whether . I got a chance to talk To him about the company he works for!
I was very impressed and will take my cars to this company in the future .

Very professional , I made an appointment and they informed me that it would take a few days to get the glass in . When the glass came in they called me and we set up an appointment, I came in and they asked me very politely to put a mask on because I forgot it , so I went back to my car got my Mask and waited inside while they done the repairs - when they finished the repairs in my vehicle they informed me that they cleaned and sanitized the inside of my car . The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable with filing the insurance paperwork . I appreciate that this business is following

Unprofessional appearance, substandard performance. On January 27, 2021, I contacted Kentucky Auto Glass and made an appointment to replace my windshield on February 2, 2021. This was an insurance claim, so all paperwork was completed prior to my appointment. When I arrived in the morning, I apparently interrupted the manager's morning smoke break, because he approached me, lit cigarette in hand, and ushered me into the office. I wore a mask, he did not. Despite this unprofessional conduct and appearance, I proceeded in the hope the service would make up for the initial impression. I was wrong

They were great, on time great service was in and out in under a half hour, their prices are competitive. It has been about a week I see no leaks and all is good. You can't go wrong by taking your vehicle to Kentucky auto glass.

I stopped in on a Monday, with my 2010 Toyota Tundra, and Gina walked me through everything with insurance on a 3 way call, and then set me up for a Wednesday windshield install.....
She made it so simple......
My installer, Chris, answered any questions I had, and installed the windshield beautifully, carefully, and quickly..... Great guy......

Hands down the BEST and most professional company I have had any experience with! Yesterday, my windshield randomly cracked completely across due to the extreme cold weather and nigh heat from my defroster. I called my insurance company immediately. They recommended safelite… I scheduled an appointment with them but quickly turned right around and canceled that appointment and called Kentucky Auto Glass instead! And I am SO happy I did! I'm visiting family in Frankfort from Virginia and caught a rock in my windshield that turned into a huge crack. I called Kentucky Auto Glass, and everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. The technician, Brett, called to tell us he was on his way, arrived promptly on time, was very professional and obviously extremely experienced, and was super friendly. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely call them again if we need more auto glass work done. Highly recommended!!

After repeated frustrations with Safelite, I came to Kentucky auto glass. What a difference! Everybody I talked to, Justin, Mike, Joe and particularly Tara, was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. They were very accommodating and helped me by replacing my windshield adjusting to my rather tight schedule. Needless to say, they also did a stellar job replacing my windshield! Kentucky Auto Glass was literally the ONLY glass replacement company to try and help get my sons shattered windshield fixed after his hood flew up and smashed it while driving on the highway! We thought he was going to be stuck in Louisville for at least a week until I found this company, and not only were they able to go to him their price was even better! Josh and Nick went the extra mile and gave my son a bungee strap and helped get his hood secure so he could make it home to Texas and get it fixed! I can't say enough positive things for these guys and this company, but I will be forever

Fast service, great work and great people. These folks made it as easy as possible to get my windshield replaced. From helping me through the insurance process to the final install they were awesome. Highly recommend!
