The tent we rented had holes in it, but the guys who put it up were great. We ordered 130 chairs, 13 tables and 13 tables cloths. We recieved 12 tablecloths and they actually argued with me that there were 13. There was a box with 2 packs of 6 tablecloths= 12 total. This was for a wedding so it was obviously a big deal. We were able to use a different one that we had that looked Similar however it did not reach the ground like the others, so we had one very awkward looking table in the mix. When I brought this up to them, the argued that there were 13 and then just never responded to any of my

We rented champagne glasses for our mother's surprise party. We set out the glasses the night before to make sure they would be ready for the party. Upon doing so, we saw that a big majority of the glasses had water spots, dried liquids on the outside, and bottom of the glasses, including lipstick smudges around the rims. This required us to come in early the next day before the party to clean all these glasses by hand.
Upon return, and explaining the condition of the glasses, there was not any effort by the Party Store to accommodate the fact that we received dirty glasses, either by some type
