Our 1955 LARGE oak tree finally got to the point where it needed to be removed due to excessive rotting, along with the stump being ground down. At the same time, we had Good's trim up a second much younger, but still large Oak tree. Our neighbor also had their Oak removed and a Pear tree pruned, so the Good's Tree crews were in our neighborhood for most of a week. They were extremely efficient with their work, and worked smart; you can tell the company invests in quality tools and machines to get the job done, not relying solely on 'muscle power.' Jason, Tom and Matt did an excellent job removing a maple tree from the side of the house and trimming up my ash tree in the back yard! Highly recommended! They even got the job done weeks earlier then proposed. Very fair price and responsive service.

Matt, the arborist, has been out twice for various things. He is always super professional, wore his mask (during covid) and is so knowledgeable it's amazing. Would highly recommend this company. In fact, I already have to friends. This customer service deserves a review, which I don't often leave.

I wish could give them no stars. They came out, seemed like exactly what I wanted and all seemed fine. They was told they'd get my quote to me in a few days. A week later, I called for the quote. I got the run around. A few days later they sent someone over to measure for a crane. A week after that I called for the quote. Nothing. Needless to say, they don't seem to want my business. That's ok by me.

I called for an estimate 2 weeks ago. The guy came out, took 2 minutes and then left saying he would email me my estimate. I don't even think he looked at the trees!! Well, here we are, two weeks later and no estimate. I called last tuesday (6 days after he was out to "look" at the trees) and the receptionist said she would call him to ask about my estimate because it wasn't in the system yet. But, as of today, 13 days later, I still have no estimate, and I called again today and she said the same thing. I told her I had called last week and she told me I would have an estimate
