We worked with Sheila Crew. Sheila is the best of the best. She is a master negotiator. In a sellers market, we got our dream home with 10,000 instant equity. She negotiated for us to buy off the sellers a dishwasher, dining table, laundry washer/dryer, queen bed, lawnmower, other miscellaneous power tools and beautiful home decor for only 600 dollars. We had a great relationship with the sellers by the time we closed and they gave us a heart-felt card and a bottle of wine.
