I am giving this company Zero stars! Thry installed a faulty part, yes i have since had it tested, that was 8 years old causing my A/C unit to break then pressuring me in to purchasing a new unit. i will be taking this business to small claims court. Buyer beware. i have now spoke to a legitimate Hvac company who will be assisting me with the knowledge to follow through on this company's deceptive business practices. After realizing the part was a faulty part, i contacted them and they apologized they "meant" to install a brand new part when it was available. According to the Hvac

Had them install a mini split that I purchased, gave me an estimate of $1100 for two guys all day. I mounted the unit and ran the lines . All they had to do is test for leaks and vac the unit out. Johns sent one guy out for three hours tops, he checked for leaks and vac the unit out. They still charged me for two guys all day no price break for me running the lines. John said thanks for saving us the time. The unit ran three times then blew warm air. I had them come back . They said the coil was leaking and needed a new one ,they left and tried to charge me an additional $75 service call. I had
