David Fonseca is the best! Contacted him late afternoon on a Saturday and he was a big help. Since I live in Tucson he FaceTimed me to show the vehicle I was interested in. The rest of the weekend he collected all the information he needed from me financially so I could pick up the vehicle first thing Monday. I cannot commend your technician and service representative highly enough. So far the car has not acted up even one time, where before your work on it, I could not take it on the road without it mis-behaving at least 5 to 8 times. Sure nice not to feel like I am being re-ended several times every time I get into it.

On Saturday 4th, I Went in for a service the lady there is very unprofessional and when they called me saying they were done. I found my car covered in oil, they had left off the fill cap and drove it. The hood, fenders, engine and fire blanket had oil on it. This of course means the engine oil is low and I had to wash my car. They said they will make it right the following Monday. That Monday they pressure washed the car.

Xavier is amazing!!!!! If you need a vehicle or two, like us, Xavier is your guy! My husband and I went in to look at trucks for my husband, not really wanting to purchase from Lawleys as I had a bad experience several years ago but after working with Xavier and seeing all the effort he was putting in we decided to not only purchase a truck but also a brand new suv for me!
