Been coming here for many years pretty much every 2 weeks. Especially after traveling. Yan is great setting up the appointments and ensuring everything is perfect. Very relaxing rooms and many of the therapists are great, including Ivy and Lilly. Deep tissue (though if you want softer they'll do that) walking on back if you like, good amount of stretching too. I always feel great afterwards. Go for the 90 minute full body - you won't regret it!

I have been coming to Nirvana since they opened at a different location on the other end of TO Blvd. and feel they are simply the best.
I took my 90 + year old mother here for many years until she passed. She loved Yann and everyone who took care of her. I have told countless people to come and try their always consistent and wonderfully intuitive deep tissue massage. I always get the 90 minute foot massage which really is a whole body massage with the bonus of the foot massage. This place SUCKS!!! AND ay massage was garbage and my friend literally got SEXUALLY ASSAULTED by the man that massaged her. She wanted a full body massage and the only thing he massaged was her butt for an hour. SO INAPPROPRIATE AND DISGUSTING. Also the woman that massaged me didn't even ask what I wanted massaged or anything. F*** this place don't go. Yes I'm reviewing the right business and the woman that checked me out kept messing up the price. ALSO THE OWNER IS OBVIOUSLY GASLIGHTING EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW.

Nirvana is the best massage place I have ever been to. I have been going to Nirvana for a few years every week and it is the one luxury I allow myself because they are kind passionate about their job and do an absolutely amazing job of taking care of their customers. Ivy is my favorite if you like a deep tissue style but she can really do any style. They are all really good masseuses and I would recommend this place over and over again.

I normally don't write a review because I am kind of lazy...but I felt sorry when I read a couple of previous negative reviews of this place and I feel I need speak out my experience with the place. Getting a massage, letting a stranger touch you is a vulnerable experience but is supposed to be an enjoyable one. I went with a group of friends and two of us had male masseuses.

One of my friends got a full body massage but said the male masseuse worked only on her butt while she was face down. We all understand that the glutes are large muscles, but when it goes from treating a muscular area, to crossing a boundary of feeling violated and taken advantage of -- that is unacceptable. We usually get Thai massages back home so we were excited to see that the first option in the services menu is a Thai massage. Their massage therapist do an amazing job and definitely apply pressure leaving you feeling like a new person on the way out. Definitely your money's worth. Lilly is the best!

STOP SEARCHING! This is THEE place, by far! I don't do reviews... but this one is definitely worth taking the time for. Yen and her staff are always very accommodating and make me feel comfortable. I've been going here for about a year now and always make it a must-do for visitors.

Do not go to this place or you will regret it big time. What a waste of time and money. I was told to go here by a co worker. The prices are not that cheap. They do not even do the full time of the massage, they did like half of the time when you include them leaving in between and coming in late. I came here for the first time a few months ago due to pain in my lower back and shoulders due to working from home all day. I distinctly remember sitting down around 7:30PM on Yelp and looking for a place to get a massage the next day... to my surprise Niravana Day Spa was STILL open that evening! I called them and they immediately scheduled me in within the hour. I didn't get the name of the masseuse, but I've been there a few times after my initial appointment and every single person has been really good.

Great massage in a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Everyone at Nirvana is kind, and well experienced in the many styles of massage. Amazing service and very reasonable rates compared to the other Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks area establishments. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was led to the common area that was extremely bright from the light outside. The woman (who was sitting at the front desk) starts massaging me a few minutes later and is absolutely horrible. I have been coming to Nirvana for probably four years. I absolutely love their services. It's a clean, kind and gentle environment that has helped me with not only anxiety but pretty serious muscle aches and pain. I endorse their services without any reservations. I felt a little pressure while I was nearly naked on the table when a woman came in to upsell me on the same massage for the same amount of time ($75 for regular $85 with the upsell of "it's deeper, much better." (?????) I figured if Mark is giving me extra effort I would give the upsell in cash + tip directly to him He gave me an excellent massage!!! When I went up to pay, she wouldn't let me put $75 on my card as I was gonna slip Marky Mark the extra $10 in cash +$5 tip.($75 for the massage $10 for the upsell + $5 tip???) I was looking for a Thai massage. Even though they have this item on their price list, they don't have anyone trained or experienced to do the Thai massage. I quickly realized this and called to stop when the guy " walked " on my back. They are doing the Chinese style. After he was done, I was surprised to be asked to pay 20% tips since their price was already higher than other compatible massage parlor. I felt been cheated.

Nirvana is definitely not your average Chinese massage place. The place is nice and clean, with soothing essential oil infused in the room plus great music. The technicians are quite consistent with their work, and many of them has been working there for many years. There are many service choices on their menu and you will be able to choice premium oils if you like. Overall great value for the service and I have been there throughout the years.
