I can't say enough good things about my experience as a customer and Jamie's work. I needed new piping, pump and pressure tank. It was one heck of a job to even access the well and he rocked it. The communication was also great and the work was excellent.

This company was my saving grace this Sunday! My water quit working I have 4 kids one being only 2 months old I absolutely have to have water. No one else would even answer the phone on a Sunday that was close to my area, he is at least 30 miles away from me but he was here in about an hour after I called, had all the equipment need to fix it which included a new water tank. We had water and everything fixed an hour later. He was honest fair and very fast! Thank you so much!!

We had just moved in when our well stopped working. We called Reid Pump on the recommendation of several of our new neighbors. They certainly steered us in the right direction. Bill and Jamie were a pleasure to meet and got our water back on quickly. Highly recommend this company.

The facts are they called us to fix the well when we responded and determined the pump was bad we called with price and they had us fix the pump when we had the pump fixed there was broken pipes in the house we called again and they said to fix them which we did. After fixing leaks we found the pitiless adaptor was leaking called again told them we didn’t do hand digging so they said they would dig it up and call us so we could come fix which we did took new pitiless and fittings. This is when they refused to pay bill. I was a great guy until that time so I filed a lien

Our pump went out at the worst possible time-Christmas morning and us with a house full of guests. We were surprised and very grateful when calling Reid Pump Service,they said they would be to our house as soon as possible. We could not have been more pleased with the skill, professionalism or friendly, polite ,demeanor of Bill and Jamie. They diagnosed our problem and had us in water quickly. We were very impressed with the two professionals that showed up at Panther Creek Trail Rides and Campground, near Tuscumbia. I placed an emergency call early the Sunday morning before Labor Day with 125 riders and 125 horses without water. They arrived 1-1/4 hours later after stopping to pick up a 2-hp pump, in case it was needed. After quickly troubleshooting the issue, they jumped in to replace the pump and stayed until it and the control box were replaced, then flushed the lines until clean. Couldn't have expected anything more from anyone else.
