Dr. Gerep was super friendly and welcoming throughout the entirety of the appointment. I feel that I was genuinely cared for and she was actually interested in my health. She took my concerns seriously and worked with my lifestyle, preferences, and budget. This place is pricy and it's unfortunate they don't accept insurance (out of their control so no fault there) so I saved a bit before coming, but I feel it's very worth it. I love the approach here and it's exactly what I was looking for! I'm very pleased with my visit and am excited to continue treatment.

I was, and still am, extremely satisfied with my time with Dr. Paskar! I left my appointment excited about the plan she set forth for me and our plans in the near future when I return for a follow-up. I feel like I am finally on the path to getting some answers to my chronic health issues that modern medicine has brushed aside or completely ignored over the years. I knew from my own research over the years that the holistic approach would provide the best results and from that I did implement some things into my life that did provide relief but ultimately you need someone knowledgeable to guide you through this. We had a wonderful first experience at Richmond Natural Medicine. Dr Beliy was genuinely concerned about my sons health issues and seemed excited for the challenge to help him on his journey to good health and wellness. She is very knowledgeable, informative and was able to answer all our questions. She also gave extra time to explain the specialized health plan to us. It's unfortunate that the only two reviews here are from people that didn't pay attention to the cancellation policy so they lost their deposit. These doctors have been a godsend to me and I recommend them very highly. I struggle with Lyme disease and I am just getting over the flu and a bout of pneumonia and I don't know what I would have done without their care and advice. It's nice to be heard and listened to and feel like you're not just another patient. I am thankful every day for the doctors here.

You provided no written material for me to review before charging me $100. If you mentioned the fact of the deposit being nonrefundable, it was stated very quietly and in the midst of all the information that was given to me, it was not heard. Yes, it is in writing in the 2 emails sent AFTER you charged my credit card. The appointment was cancelled within hours of reading the email that said "nonrefundable" but a MONTH prior to the actual appointment
