We had doors, windows, siding and gutters installed throughout our home. Paul and his team were great to work with. He made several suggestions to not only save a few dollars here and there but also recommended different options on styles of windows available. From someone who knew very little about the project our home desperately needed, Paul and his team left me feeling confident and educated! I was very pleased with the installation crew and the doors and windows are excellent quality. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and end results with Wintek USA!!

I see a few reviews similar to this one. That leads me to believe I am not the only person who has been mislead by this company. If you receive a call from Wintek USA, I highly recommend ending the call immediately. Otherwise, you will be steered in to a scenario that reminds me of a time share presentation. Nobody ever mentions the “stipulations” or “qualifying” circumstances on the phone as they lie to you and waste your time by scheduling a home visit to sell you new windows. I understand the importance of sales for any company.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but the more I thought about it, the madder I got. Like other reviews I've seen on here, we were lied to about a $100 gift card just for listening to a "short" presentation. Of course, you only get this gift card if you buy something. Lying is not a good way to make me want to buy something from you, btw. So, over an hour of time wasted. He also put much pressure on us to purchase same day, even after we told him we'd have to check around before making a commitment to buy. First the guy was 30 minutes late. Then after we told him we really didn't have time for

So, I left a message and got no response. I phoned today and another very pleasant person, a supervisor, answered. I asked for the CFO who was not available. The supervisor reviewed my account and immediately surmised the purpose of my call. Yep, I had been ripped for $25 and I wanted to know why. Still pleasant, the sup'v explained that the company orders the VISA gift cards in the amounts of $50 and $100 (for referrals) and explained that the appointment setters should not be promising $75 because the company currently had no way to pay that amount.
