I put a down payment for a bond to be ready for someone who was being released the next day. After speaking to a detective, the main jail, and finding no public record of bail being necessary or posted and trying to talk to the bail bondsman about it, he was rude and told us to stop contacting him and swore he posted bail and wouldn't even discuss it or the possibility of a refund. After speaking to other bail companies, I was advised to file a complaint with the CA Department of Insurance so that is how I'm trying to reach a resolution now

I will NEVER use this bail company again!!They use to be the only company I would call to bail friends out (and I have helped many friends) but this time, I just could not believe the customer service I received throughout the whole bail process. Not only does he have $3,600 of mine that he will not give back until a friend pays off their $2,300 bail. (Mind you we just paid off the first bail and gave him 7,000 total which long story short came out of a friends account) n once that went through he agreed to give me my 3600 cash back. But that didnt happen. Not to mention he charged $750.00 dollars

My friend and I got a call that her ex was in jail, and she had to bail him out.we knew nothing about how the system works so when we talked to Tracy she explained to us how it works and what we needed to pay $150 (10 percent of the $1,500 bail) and co-sign the bond. As she read the co-signer agreement to my friend she assured her everything would be ok and gave her hope.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with BIKER BAIL BONDS!!!! After 2 1/2 weeks of back and forth nonsense and far too many unanswered phone calls, the owner Brian Gooch signed a contract and accepted our money then decided not to show up at the bail hearing as promised and required. That wasn't the worst part! After more than 3 hours in court looking for him and 5 hours of sitting at the Ventura County Jail, the owner Brian Gooch decided he didn't have to answer to us and demanded double the contracted down payment. At that point it was 9pm. He told us if we didn't like it to go find someone

I’m so eternally grateful for the guys at Biker Bail Bonds in Ventura. Brian, Jason and Tom (I think, I’m not so great with names!) are absolutely amazing. My one star rating has nothing to do with the company itself but with an employee of the company. Jason has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. He was he rude from the very second he answered the phone, he was combative, arrogant, and completely unhelpful! When people are in a time of stress and need he is the absolute last person you would want to come across and have to deal with. It is sad to see this company's reputation tarnished by one terrible employee and his bad attitude!

Called to post bail for my husband ,Bryan from the Biker Bail Bonds out of ventura county on Saturday 9/26 stating that my husband needed to be bailed out and brian said he was willing to post bail I waited 24 hours called back sunday 9/27 and said just for court because they will drop the bail. Waited till monday 9/28 for court to be over at 12 noon and found out they raised the bail from 25,000 to 30,000 called Bryan back told me OH let me think about give a minute he said actually give me an hour and ill call you back. Bryan has not yet called back and it's been more than 2 hours. I do not recommend
