Dan and Belinda have owned the condo since 2005. We enjoy using our condo personally as well as making it available to guests and assisting guests in planning their vacations. We have many repeat guests once they discover the condo's great location. Location, location, location! Our condo's location at Resort Plaza at the Park City Base of Park City Mountain Resort allows guests to be skiing within a couple minutes of leaving the condo.
Located just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and Park City, Utah our two year-round resorts offer days and nights filled with exceptional food, endless recreation and enduring memories. Fulfill a lifelong Olympic dream on our bobsled ride, tour the town in a hot air balloon, enjoy signature drinks while overlooking our Historic Main Street and relax and rejuvenate at one of our many world-class spas located throughout town.
Book lodging as soon as possible. Lodging fills up fast. It's a great time to ski, because the mountain is empty. Our ski-in, ski-out condo at Park City Mountain is an ideal home base. Not only are you just steps from Payday lift, but the free Park City Shuttle buses stop right in front of the resort, and take you to (and from) all the film venues, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Main Street.

This was our second year to stay at the Awesome Ski In Ski Out condos. This year we stayed in the two bedroom unit at Park City . The condo met and exceeded our requirements for the trip. Easy convenience to equipment rentals, main ski lifts at Park City and transportation to get you anywhere you need to go in Park City. The condo itself was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities look for. Belinda Simile was always available in the booking and stay process and it was easy to get in and out. Can't miss with this place, we will be back..

This condo is in a terrific location - walkable to ski lifts, restaurants, shops, the town village and just able anything else you’ll need while here. It was a good choice for our group. We ate all our meals in thanks to a full kitchen and mountain express delivery. Belinda was an absolute delight to work with and was a responsible and helpful owner. The unit was clean and we were grateful for extras like humidifiers, extension cords and lots of pillows and bedding. My only complaint (and this is no fault of the owner, just a minor quibble) is that this unit faces away from the mountain so there

What a lovely condo and the perfect place/location for a long weekend at Park City Resort! Plenty of room for our family of 4. No need for a car (used My Shuttle from the airport – highly recommend!)– bus right into town was easy, as was getting rentals two steps away at Ski-N-See and grabbing quick groceries at Food for Thought.

If you are looking for a great location and a great place, look no further. The condo is impeccably maintained and almost every guest need considered. Owners, Belinda and Tamie, assure that you understand every detail to renting their place and visiting Park City. When in Park City again we will be staying here again for sure!

Honestly, I never leave reviews...but had to leave a review on this place. The proximity to the ski lift is the best. You are literally within steps of everything....shops, restaurants, and the LIFT. The unit itself is amazing. Nice and cozy and with anything you can imagine. We are a family of six and could have easily fit in 2 more people if not more. The owners are great too. Checked in before we left and even text when we were there making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be my go to spot when we hit up Park City again.
