This is an unusual review because I did not actually get any service here. I needed a windshield replacement just before the new year and just after some pretty severe weather. Unfortunately they were unable to provide the service requested but the phone call follow up from this business was such a fine example of customer service that I came away with a sense of comfort and gratitude. I came away without a windshield but with the sense that this is a business run in a respectful and professional manner. Highly recommended.

Glass action is the BEST windshield repair ever! I've had 2 vehicles now totally different makes models and. Years needing replacement windshields, he is amazing he came to my house it took ki time at all it literally looks like nothing was ever touched except there is no longer a giant crack through my windshield lol I would recommend them every day of the week! Beautiful service amazing accommodations just a massively amazing company!

Called them and set up an appointment for the next day to come and fix a rock chip. They took my information and said they would call before they came. The next day they never came or called to reschedule. I waited 2 hours after the time they said they would be at my house and only got a recording. I left a message asking for a callback to reschedule. They never called me back so I went elsewhere and had the work done.

An unfortunate event left my car nearly totaled while on a brief visit to Port Angeles. Greg of Glass Action was ready to fix my entirely shattered windshield bright and early on Monday morning; he and his fellow glass repairman were quick, helpful, and professional, AND they came to the collision center where my car was parked. He was also kind and patient when I didn't have all of the paper work ready by the time they were finished (like I said-- they were fast!). Very reasonable rates, too. A+ from a happy customer!
