This was our first time at this park. Visiting son in Corvallis for game day and the slightly closer campground was full. It's only about 15 minutes further, but the location worked MUCH better for us. There's a nice restaurant just a short walk away, and a convenience store, also within walking distance. Wanda guided us to our spot, and she's a rock star. Really good at helping guide large RVs in (we are 42'). Really enjoyed visiting her and folks in the park are super-friendly. Our stay could not have been better, and we've found a new favorite when visiting Corvallis/Albany area.

This is a review of an RV park not an RV resort. As such, it appears from a one night stay that it is well run and neat and clean. The directions are spot on with good signage. The office is to find and the staff was friendly and polite. The site was level, clean and well groomed although narrow. It is also paved. Hook-ups are well placed and worked perfectly. Very quiet location. Only doing would be the lack of a fenced dog park, but did have lots of room for on leash exercise.

Great park. Pretty good wifi. Clean showers and bathrooms! The people who manage it are very friendly and professional. I rent a relatively quiet monthly site with grass and maple trees. It's nice.

We spent a week here in Aug 2020 @ $259 for the week. Paved roads and gravel sites. Normal spacing between MH's with grass. Elec, water, sewer, cable TV. Better then most WiFi. Lot's of long term residents. Location close to lots of shopping. Creek with ducks running through park. Small store at office, laundry and bath house on property. Property very well maintained. Complaint to management about loud neighbors was handled quickly. Felt very safe. Will return.

Have stayed here a couple different times, and that was enough. The overall rating is way too high for this park. While the people who run this place seem very friendly and helpful, it is not a well groomed, nor defined park. Your spot may sit right next to a nasty, broken down outbuilding that is on the edge of the park. The spots are way too close together, they allow aggressive breeds of dogs, and there are rundown rvs here that are obviously permanent. Do not stay here, if you are used to nice surroundings.
