7 yrs with Roane transportation. Has been really good working here so far. It's had it's good points as well as it's not so good points. Couldn't ask for worse service. Multiple loads cancelled, rescheduled, and strung along by multiple agents up to the Operations Manager. Rescheduled 5 different times throughout 2 days, and assured this would be picked up.
If you get Jodi run the other way, she doesn't know what's going on and will pass you along to Camille who will blatantly give you rude service and an ultimatum. Forget about escalating the situation to Aubrey the Operations Manager, he will lie to you, avoid giving an answer, or both.

Was a great company to work for always nice to me got me home every weekend decent money but I got 2 warnings not tickets 1 for no seatbelt and other for being in wrong lane and they let me go with no verbal warning or written warning just straight fired said that it would have been better if i had gotten tickets warnings are worse so as long as you dont get warnings it's a good job
