This motel is really clean and well taken care of. People are nice. They have a decent size TV and the shower water pressure is actually good.

We stayed two nights, not realizing anything was wrong until my 8yr old happened to point out something moving on the bed. BED BUGS (pics attached). they were infested. we had to wash all of our items including our car… and the female worker childishly screamed at me in front of my children about not returning my $. i would never recommend this dump or their lousy ownership again. i have seen several reviews mentioning bed bugs.. it seems they just don’t care. i made a call to the sheriff, health department and better business bureau. sickening. i would recommend STAY AWAY

We stayed here because it was inexpensive. Would never stay here again. Mold in the AC unit, the linens were clean, but they don't clean do a good job cleaning the room. And there was a spider in our bed!

Never stayed here, but the front desk person told me they'd throw a guest out if I brought their guests belonging to them. This person's room is being paid for by Catholic Charities. Guy is down on his luck and they threatened to cancel his room because they don't want his belonging in the room he has rented for him. Pretty sad when a business is accepting monies from a charity and they act like this. Shameful!

I stayed here for work. Reasonable prices, had everything I needed. Shower, clean room, refrigerator and microwave, TV and felt safe, not alotta traffic running around while I was there. Ice cream shop and gas station close by. The owners were real nice also. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

Cortland motel was really cute, no frills motel. Clean, friendly staff and close to great nature trails and sites. Great alternative for those looking to stay anywhere other than Ithaca.
