Highly highly recommend to anyone that has a boat! Kevin and Rob have both worked on my boat & took the time to explain the details and repairs. Brenda and Felicia at the front desk are superb ladies and are always super polite! Wealth of knowledge this small family owned business has is incredible! Highly recommend again!

If it was possible to do a negative star I would. Have now taken two different boats to them got nothing but excuses on why they couldn't fix them. Just told we needed new motors. Didn't need new motors just someone that knows what their doing. Took first one home figured out the problem on our own. Second boat just needed a new fuel pump. Worse waste of money ever.

According to the bill Remove gear case to see if rebuilt power head would work. The rebuilt power how will not work reinstall gear case. Why am I paying for their mistake? Not only that They charge A $110 an hour labour but still have to add that Miscellaneous shop supplies What a ripoff. At least they could have done a compression check. Update 3 hours after being there Decided to hook onto the garden hose And it started right up runs good. In a process of reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Claimed to be able to fix all makes of motors. Waited a month and once in the shop they couldn't service the motor but took the liberty to fix other things. They claimed it needed a new computer which they couldn't install. Brought it to another marina and it was an easy fix not a computer. (1 hour labor) Staff extremely rude and disrespectful!

Marine Plus has the kindest customer service from the front desk to the technicians. They know our Tige boat and work hard to build a relationship with their customers. We just had a transmission leak repaired and they clearly had to use their expertise and patience to find the leak and repair it. And they got it finished over a week ahead of schedule because they know how much we wanted to be using it during our short lake time this summer! We are so grateful to have such excellent expertise AND such genuine customer care to entrust our boat business.

They sold me a brand new boat. They claimed they have never had a leaky boat or any issues. So I trust them and buy a boat and trailer.. “brand new boat and trailer”. I took the boat home, first 10 minutes, boat leaks. 3 bad spots. Boat was not a 2019, but a 2018. Which I only new because I asked lowe and they told me, this place did not come right out and say that untill I started asking more questions. So then I assume trailer is new. I had to keep poking at the guy and he said “I think 2018. Mabey 2017”. Turns out it’s a 2016. So they tried to sell it as a brand new boat and trailer

Very disappointed in recent motor repair. After charging $500 the console was not connected to the motor. First time on the water after the repair we were initially concerned when boat motor wouldn't turn over. Easy fix, but the mechanics should have been thorough and made the connection when finished!
