I have had a challenging time finding quality, and responsive, workmanship related to home improvement since moving to Tomahawk. The owner and his staff have exceeded my expectations in almost every encounter with them. Their responses are prompt, estimates are not only reasonable but accurate (I have had more than one job come in under estimate), work is done per time forecast. I have used Monk Construction for jobs from a few hundred dollars to > $10k. I expect to use Monk Construction on all future construction work and absolutely recommend their services.

After a sizable search for a quality general contractor to do our house addition and remodel, we chose Monk Construction Company LLC. We never had to look back at any disappointment in that decision. Jeremy was the best in documenting all the answers to our questions, and he delivered on those promises. Jeremy and his crews added on to both sides of our house, and added a second floor on one side. The concrete foundation additions were difficult ones due to the water levels next to the lake and how the original foundation was built. But Jeremy and the excavator/concrete sub-contractor resolved

Jeremy and his crew did a great job designing and building our new garage, a 22' X 30' beauty, and in replacing the aged roof on our home. The work was done professionally, well within the contracted finish date and very clean, especially with the roof work. No nails or small debris on the ground which to me is very important because of the chance of flying debris when mowing or the dog stepping on something that would cause an injury. Jeremy communicated any problems the crew might have had, brought any changes to our attention immediately and made sure he gave us options if there were additional
